About accommodation

Our Hostel is the perfect place to relax after a long day, where you can rest in a perfect paradise. Located in  Sagres’ centre and commerce, at Sagres Sun Stay you will find a set of facilities newly built with clean-looking finishing and arranged for your comfort .Utilities include a wide T-shaped swimming pool with shades over the lounging area; a bar that serves delicious dishes on demand as well as varied and healthy breakfast options, Wi-Fi, and reception service.

Our twin rooms with pool view are perfect for couples or friends who want their privacy and maximum comfort. With heated floors (winter time), ensuit bathroom, flat screen TV, terrace and view over the swimming pool, our rooms will offer you pure relaxation

We have also 3 types of dorm rooms: 1 for 6, 8 and 12 people. They are beautifully decorated and ensure your privacy and security with bed, curtains and lockers.  Free bed linen is available including duvets. The two big communal bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and shower gel. Our kitchen is fully equipped and open to our guests.

Showers

Every client that buys at least one night in our dormitories has a shower per day included on the rate. Additional shower time will have an additional cost too of 1€ and has a limit.

We understand that you have too little time for your shower.

We do our best to inform our guests during the check in about our shower policies. The reason why we have tried to limit the shower time is because as we are located in a protected natural park, we do our best to be green and eco-friendly.

These incudes having solar panels which heats up the water for the showers, and provides energy to warm up the floors of the apartments (during the winter time) and our swimming pool (according to the sunlight).

In line with those effort we have installed LED lights across the whole hostel.

Check-In, Check-Out

Check-In time is from 15h00 until 21h00. Guests are asked to let us know in advance in case they need to Check-In after that schedule.

Check-out time is until 11h00. Late Check-Out may be possible to do always depending on the availability and always when spoken with the Hostel, when not agreed with the entity/disrespect of the rule it must be applied an additional cost.

Cancelation policies

Cancelations or changes to the reservation must be communicated by email (info@sagresunstay.com) with respective booking number, first and last name and the date of stay. Guests who decide to cancel later than two weeks before arrival, to leave earlier or that do not show up will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Only accommodation:

• Until 7 days upon arrival:
• After 7 days upon arrival: 50% of the total amount charged.
• No show: 100% of the total amount charged.

Packages:

• Cancelations made 1 month before will be charged 50% of the total amount.
• Cancelations made 2 weeks before will be charged 90% of the total amount.
